The saturated vapor Pressure Analyzer RVP-4 will perform in-line cyclic measurements of vapor pressure in automatic mode in a pre-calibrated measurement range for the analysis of fuel, crude oil, liquefied gases or similar products (diesel fuel, gas oil, oils). It is allowed to send two sample streams and one calibration stream to the flow analyzer. The analyzer is designed to monitor the quality of the process, as well as control the technical characteristics and petrochemical products. The measurement process complies with ASTM D97 standards. It requires minimal maintenance due to the absence of an oil bath and pumps in the insulation and temperature control system.

High accuracy and the highest possible performance, speed and operational flexibility due to the optimized assembly of the measuring cell make this device the most suitable analyzer for checking compliance with the requirements for volatility, quality control of cleaning streams, obtaining fuel mixtures, research and mobile solutions.

The R-700 Saturated Vapor pressure Analyzer is designed to measure the saturated vapor pressure of automotive and aviation gasoline, hydrocarbon solvents, crude oil and liquefied petroleum gas. It is also possible to measure the ratio of vapor and liquid phases in gasoline, if you program the device to determine the temperature of the vapor/ liquid ratio (VL20). Measurements are carried out in accordance with the ASTM D323 methodology.
